MEET EMMA & ZEE
TWO SISTERS-IN-LAW. ONE SHARED OBSESSION.
We’re Emma and Zee, the sisters-in-law behind Pink City. Based in Hampshire, with six children between us and usually on the phone to each other, we’ve been building businesses together since 2021.
Pink City began on a sourcing trip to India. We fell for Jaipur’s printed fabrics—the colour, the craftsmanship and the character. We came home with suitcases full of samples and far more ideas than we’d arrived with.
In April 2025, we launched Pink City.
THE IDEA BEHIND THE BAGS
BAGS WE WANTED TO CARRY OURSELVES
We love traditional Indian prints, but wanted to bring our own taste to them. Unexpected colour combinations, bold stripes and bags that feel as good as they look.
Something you reach for on the school run, pack for a weekend away or give to a friend—and immediately want to keep.
The print might catch your eye first, but we care just as much about the padding, lining, zips and pockets. The details that make a bag a pleasure to use.
JAIPUR X HAMPSHIRE
MADE WITH OUR JAIPUR MAKERS
We choose our fabrics and work closely with our makers in Jaipur to develop our collections, refining shapes, finishes and practical details along the way.
Some fabrics are hand block printed and others are screen printed. Each is chosen for its colour, character and how it works on the finished bag.
We order in carefully considered quantities, so stock is limited and restocks take time. Your feedback helps us decide what comes back—and what we make next.

Since launching, we’ve taken Pink City to markets, fairs and events, meeting the people who give our bags a place in their everyday lives.
Watching someone pick up a bag, feel the fabric and find their favourite print is still one of our favourite parts of running this business.
Those conversations come back to the unit with us. What you love, what you need and what you wish we’d make next all help shape where Pink City goes.

We want you to feel confident buying from us. If you need help with a size, a colour or what will fit inside, ask us. We know the bags because we’ve been involved in every detail.
Every order means something to us. You’re helping two sisters-in-law build a business we’ve put a lot of ourselves into.
