Faulty Items

If your bag arrives with a genuine manufacturing fault, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.

Change of mind/sizing

If you would like to return an item due to the sizing, personal preference, or because it's not quite right for you, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure sizing and product details are reviewed carefully before purchase.

Hand block print variations

Subtle irregularities, print placement differences and gentle colour variations are a natural result of the traditional block printing process. These are part of the beauty of handmade production and do not qualify as faults.

All returned items must be unused, in original conditions, and returned within 14 days.

Once reviewed, we’ll guide you through the next steps and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
