Return/Refund Policy

We hope you love your Pink City purchase, but if for any reason you’re not completely happy, here’s how our returns work:

Returns
You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange. Please email us first to arrange this. Once your item is sent back and we’ve checked it over, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Damages & Issues
We check everything carefully before it leaves us, but if your order arrives damaged, defective, or you’ve received the wrong item, please get in touch straight away. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Please note:
Many of our fabrics are hand block printed. This traditional process can create small variations in print and colour — these are part of the fabric’s unique character and are not considered faults.
Purchases made from our imperfect/rejects/mystery collections or any sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and card companies may take a little longer to show the refund on your statement.
