We dispatch Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. We don’t work weekends, so weekend orders are processed from Monday.

Our Royal Mail collection takes place from midday. Order before 12pm for the best chance of catching that day’s collection. We’ll always do our best, but same-day dispatch isn’t guaranteed.

Yes! We ship to European destinations available at checkout.

If your country isn’t listed or you can’t check out with your delivery address, email enquiries@pinkcityco.com with your country and the items you’d like. We’ll do our best to arrange delivery and confirm the cost.

Delivery times vary by destination. Our UK Tracked 48 delivery estimates don’t apply to European orders.

Your order confirmation email confirms that we’ve received your purchase. Once your order is processed for dispatch and tracking has been added, your shipping confirmation email will include your tracking details.

Follow the link in that email to track your parcel. If you can’t find it, check your spam or junk folder, or email enquiries@pinkcityco.com with your order number.

Your tracking link may be created before Royal Mail has collected or scanned your parcel. Please allow time for the first scan to appear.

If your tracking remains unchanged or your parcel seems delayed, contact us with your order number and we’ll look into it.

Check the delivery information or photo, any safe place around your property, and whether someone in your household or a neighbour accepted it.

We order in carefully considered quantities rather than buying large volumes, so stock is limited and some designs sell out quickly.

Select “Notify me when back in stock” on the sold-out product’s page and enter your email address. You’ll receive an email as soon as stock becomes available again.

Joining the list doesn’t reserve an item, and we can’t promise that every design will return.

We work with our Jaipur makers to produce our collections rather than buying ready-made stock in bulk. Making a fresh batch and getting it to Hampshire takes time.

Where we have a confirmed arrival estimate, we’ll share it. If you’re waiting for a particular design, you’re welcome to email us for an update.

A pre-order lets you purchase an item before it arrives with us. The expected dispatch or delivery timing will be stated on its product page.

We aim to photograph our products as accurately as possible, although colours can look slightly different between screens.

Hand block printing can create small variations in the print and its placement. These are part of the making process and give each piece its own character.
