Each bag is finished with a waterproof, wipe-clean lining, making it practical for everyday use and travel.

To keep your washbags looking their best:

• Spot clean or gently hand wash the outer in cool water if needed
• Use a mild detergent
• Avoid machine washing and tumble drying
• Wipe the inner lining clean with a damp cloth
• Dry naturally, away from direct heat or strong sunlight

With use over time, the fabric may soften slightly — part of the natural character of hand block printed cotton.

Each Pink City washbag set is made in Jaipur, where we work closely with skilled artisans who specialise in traditional block printing.

Using hand-carved wooden blocks, each print is applied layer by layer onto the fabric, creating the distinctive patterns and colour combinations we’re known for.

Because this process is done entirely by hand, slight variations in print, colour and placement are to be expected — making every set unique.

Our washbags are produced in small batches, focusing on craftsmanship rather than mass production.

Where possible, surplus fabrics are used for linings and trims, meaning each set may differ slightly.

Every order supports the artisans behind the work and helps keep traditional block printing techniques alive.

Orders are packed and dispatched from our Hampshire HQ as quickly as possible.
