To keep your bag looking its best:

• Spot clean or gently hand wash in cool water if needed
• Use a mild detergent
• Avoid machine washing and tumble drying
• Dry naturally, away from direct heat or strong sunlight
• Iron on the reverse on a low setting

Over time, the fabric will soften with use — part of the character of hand block printed cotton.

Our midi totes are created in Jaipur, working closely with skilled artisans who specialise in traditional block printing.

Each design is printed by hand using carved wooden blocks, carefully layered onto fabric to build up the pattern. This process gives every piece its own subtle differences in colour and placement.

These small variations are part of what makes each bag unique and reflect the handmade nature behind it.

We produce in limited batches rather than mass manufacturing, keeping the focus on craftsmanship and quality.

Where possible, surplus fabrics are used for linings and trims, meaning each run can vary slightly.

Every purchase supports the artisans behind the work and helps preserve traditional block printing techniques.

Delivery & Returns

We aim to dispatch all orders from our Hampshire HQ as quickly as possible.

UK Delivery

Orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

We ship internationally, with delivery costs calculated at checkout based on your location and parcel size.

Returns

If your item isn’t quite right, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Sale items can be returned within 14 days for a refund
• Samples and seconds are eligible for credit note only
