If your purchase isn’t quite right, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with any packaging or tags. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrives faulty or damaged.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Original delivery charges are non-refundable, except where the item is faulty or the wrong item was sent.
