To keep your bag looking its best:

• Spot clean or gently hand wash in cool water if needed
• Use a mild detergent
• Avoid machine washing and tumble drying
• Dry naturally, away from direct heat or strong sunlight
• Iron on the reverse on a low setting

With time and use, the colours may soften slightly — a natural part of hand block printed fabric.

Each Pink City tote is made in Jaipur, where we work closely with skilled artisans to bring every design to life.

Inspired by our love of block print and everyday practicality, each piece is created in small batches using traditional techniques. Wooden blocks are carved and pressed by hand, building the pattern layer by layer.

Because of this process, slight variations in print, colour and placement are to be expected — and are part of what makes each tote unique.

We focus on producing in limited quantities rather than mass manufacturing, keeping quality and craftsmanship at the heart of what we do.

Where possible, surplus fabrics are used for linings and trims, meaning each batch can vary slightly.

Every order supports the artisans behind the work and helps keep traditional block printing alive.

Delivery & Returns

All orders are dispatched from our Hampshire HQ and sent out as quickly as possible.

UK Delivery

We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for all UK orders.

We ship worldwide, with delivery rates calculated at checkout based on your location and parcel size.

Returns

If your item isn’t quite right, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused and in their original condition
• Sale items can be returned within 14 days for a refund
• Samples and seconds are eligible for credit note only
